1. What are the hours of operation?
Juju Cafe is open Sunday to Thursday from 11:30 am to 11:00 pm, and Friday to Saturday from 11:30 am to 1 am.

2. Do I need to make a reservation?
Reservations are recommended for all guests, especially for larger groups. Please call us at 416-348-8988 to book your spot.

3. Are there any age restrictions?
Our cafe is family-friendly; however, some games might have age recommendations. Please ask our staff for guidance if unsure.

4. What are the fees for playing board games?
Play Pass: $8 for 2 hours.
Extra Time: $4 per additional hour.

5. Can I come just to play board games or do I need to order food?
Guests are welcome to come for just gaming or dining. Diners must order at least one item per person every two hours.

6. Are outside food or drinks allowed?
No outside food or drinks are permitted to ensure the quality and safety of all dining experiences.

Please use the QR code on your table to place your orders accurately and efficiently.

8. What types of board games are available?
We offer a selection of over 250 board games, including party games, cooperative games, strategy games, card games, and more.

For help, simply use the QR code for service or wave down one of our friendly staff members.

10. What are the payment options?
We accept cash, debit, and credit cards, except for American Express.

11. Do you host private events?
Yes, we host private events and parties. Please contact us to discuss your event needs and how we can make it special.

12. Is there a minimum spending requirement?
Only for big parties of 12+ people and above. There is a minimum spending requirement of $30 per person every 2 hours (including game fee).

13. How do I ensure I follow all game room etiquette?
Please pack and return games after use and check for any loose pieces to maintain a great experience for everyone.

14. What are the deposit and reservation policies for large groups?
For parties of 16 or more, a $20 deposit is required to secure your booking. We will hold reservations for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled time.
